03 · Performance Blueprint™
A diagnosis is not a plan.
The Performance Blueprint™ takes what the assessment revealed and turns it into a customized action plan: prioritized findings, specific recommendations, and a 90-day path forward your executive team can actually run.
What’s included
Everything the executive team needs to move.
A Blueprint is written to be used, not filed. Every recommendation names what changes, who owns it, and how you’ll know it worked.
- Prioritized findings — what matters most, and what can wait
- Specific recommendations tied to each finding, not generic best practice
- A 90-day action plan with owners, sequence, and milestones
- Success measures so progress is visible to leadership and stakeholders
- An executive readout session to align the leadership team behind the plan
- A follow-on check-in to keep the plan from stalling
How it works
Four phases, one roadmap.
Ground the findings
We start from evidence — Performance Profile™ results, existing data, and executive interviews — so the plan addresses causes rather than symptoms.
Set priorities
Not everything can be first. We work with leadership to sequence the work by impact, feasibility, and organizational readiness.
Build the 90-day plan
Each priority becomes concrete actions with named owners, milestones, and success measures your team can actually track.
Align and launch
An executive readout aligns the leadership team on the plan, the sequence, and their role in it — then the work begins.
Timeline & investment

Blueprints are scoped on a call. We’ll confirm what evidence you already have, who needs to be in the room, and what a realistic 90 days looks like for your organization.

Before you ask.
Do we need a Performance Profile™ first?
It's the most common path, because a Blueprint is only as good as the evidence beneath it. If you already have credible assessment data — internal survey results, an audit, an engagement study — we can build from that instead.
Who should be involved?
The executive team, plus whoever will own execution. A Blueprint that only the consultant understands doesn't survive contact with the calendar.
What happens after 90 days?
Some organizations run the plan themselves from there. Others continue with Organizational Advisory so there's continued advisory access as the work meets real-world friction.
Not sure where to begin?
Every organization is different, and the right solution starts with understanding your unique needs.
