Holding a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, Dr. Garcia combines research-informed strategies with practical leadership experience. Her work focuses on leadership development, workforce strategy, organizational assessments, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.
An Air Force veteran and military spouse, Dr. Garcia’s approach is grounded in service, purpose, and respect for people.
