Accessibility Statement

Performance Matters Advisory Group is committed to making our website, assessment instruments, and client deliverables usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and to meet Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act for materials delivered to federal, state, and local government clients.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML structure with a single main heading per page and logical heading order.
• Text and interface colors tested against WCAG 2.1 AA contrast minimums.
• Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and labeled form controls.
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative visuals are not announced.
• Responsive layouts that remain usable at 200% zoom and on small screens.
• Assessment questions and results presented as text, not images of text.

Deliverables and documents

Reports, executive summaries, and Blueprint documents are produced as tagged, screen-reader navigable files. Alternative formats — large print, plain text, or accessible spreadsheet — are available on request at no additional cost.

Known limitations

Some third-party embedded content, such as scheduling and payment tools, is outside our direct control. Where a third-party barrier prevents you from completing a task, contact us and we will provide the same service through an accessible channel.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site or in any material we provide, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as priority issues and aim to respond within five business days.
